Yes, there is limited parking available on-site. If you're able, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our free shuttle service running all day, both days of the Faire!🚌 Shuttle Details:Runs continuously from town to the Faire sitePickup locations - Coast Edson Hotel, Best Western high Road Inn, Lions Park Campground and ATB rear parking lot ( between 49 and 50th street on 3rd ave.)Save yourself the hassle and ride in style!
We kindly remind all guests that pets are not permitted at the Edson Renaissance Faire, with the exception of trained service animals as defined by Alberta legislation.
✨ While dragons, unicorns, and other magical beasts are encouraged in spirit and costume, only working service animals are allowed on site.
Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the event safe, enjoyable, and accessible for all!
Edson Renaissance Faire Vaping Policy
To maintain a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all guests, participants, and vendors, we kindly ask that all vaping be done with courtesy and consideration.
Vaping is not permitted:
Inside the Dragon’s Head Pub
Inside vendor tents, artisan booths, or any enclosed or shared tent spaces
During performances or in closely packed areas with limited airflow
Vaping is permitted:
In open-air areas, away from crowds
While maintaining a respectful distance from others, particularly children and those who may be sensitive to vapour
Please exercise discretion and good manners. This is a family-friendly event, and we thank you for helping us keep the air clear and enjoyable for all faire folk.
Trinkets may not be sold or used as tips for performers. You may only give them away or trade them for other trinkets Trinkets should not have monetary value Trinket trading is only allowed as a non-commercial activity and cannot be used for self promotion. Handing out business cards with trinkets or adding information on trinkets such as your Instagram page, webshop address etc is not allowed  Respect our vendors and their efforts. Do not create/trade products that compete with something vendors offer Do not approach/offer to trade a trinket to a person that is browsing a stall or is already engaged in a conversation with someone else. You might inadvertently interrupt a potential sale Respect Merchants: Only trade with vendors who have explicitly opted-in by displaying a designated trader sign. Do not try to trade your items for vendor merchandise.  Safety First: Avoid liquids, sticky substances, unwrapped food, and fragile glass that can melt, leak, or break.
