2026 Food Vendor Application

Interested in becoming a Food Vendor?

Food vendors are a vital part of the Edson Renaissance Faire, bringing the sights, smells, and flavors of the Old World to life.

We invite purveyors of hearty fare, sweet treats, and period-inspired or artisan foods to apply to join our market.

Vendors are encouraged to offer quality, handmade, and creatively themed foods that enhance the immersive Renaissance atmosphere and delight fairgoers of all ages.

Cost will be $125

There is limited power, water or sewer on site so we strongly advise that you bring a generator and self-contained water and waste water storage to meet AHS food handling requirements.

Although we are looking into a large generator, sponsored by a local company, same as 2025. We would then ask for power requirements and type of cords and plugs, or any adaptors needed.

All food service will be in the same area. We will provide seating for patrons.
